The South Carolina Firefighter Mobilization Plan (SCFFMP) Registration Process

Now that the SCFFMP is approved, we need your help to get your department's data entered into the mobilization database. The first step to becoming part of the SCFFMP is to make sure your department has a signed mutual aid agreement with the South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD). The next step is to have ALL fire departments provide their station and equipment information. Participating department must also register those personnel who qualify to be a part of the mobilization manpower pool.

1. The fire department must be a signatory of the State Mutual Aid agreement. Need help with that? Contact Brenda Boone, SCEMD, at 803-737-8500.

2. Fill out the “Request for SEMS Username and Password” (pdf) form and send by fax to 803-896-9806.

3. Someone will contact you by email or by telephone to instruct you how to proceed.
